How your dataset is scored
The same five dimensions every buyer sees on your listing. You get the full breakdown before you publish, so nothing about your score is a surprise.
Completeness
30 %How many values are actually there. Every column is measured for missing values, so a dataset that looks full but is 40 % empty cannot hide it.
Consistency
20 %Duplicate rows and columns that mix types, like numbers stored as text. These are the errors that break a pipeline three weeks after you buy.
Schema quality
20 %Whether columns are named and documented well enough to be usable by someone who did not build the file.
Size adequacy
15 %Whether there are enough rows for the dataset to be worth anything for analysis or training.
RGPD readiness
15 %Result of the automatic personal data scan, cross checked against what the seller declared. Undeclared personal data pulls the score down hard.

Where you stand legally
The honest answer: you remain responsible for the data you list. You warrant that you hold the rights to sell it, that it was collected lawfully, and that what you declare about its provenance and licence is accurate. No platform can take that off your hands, and any that claims otherwise is worth a second look.
What we do is narrow the ways you can get it wrong by accident. Every file is scanned for personal data before it can go live, and the finding is shown to you first. If the scan flags something you did not expect, you can pull the dataset, anonymise it and resubmit, at no cost. Most exposure in practice comes from data someone did not realise was personal, and that is precisely what the scan is for.
If you are unsure about a file, run it through the free quality report before you list it. No account needed, and the file is analysed in memory then destroyed. It tells you what personal data it contains without you having to commit to anything.
